About Erika

Hi, I'm Erika Ferszt the founder of Moodally.

I was raised in New York City, where I graduated from The Dalton School and New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study. I am now currently based in Europe, where for the last 17 years I have been a senior advertising executive. I had the incredible luck and honor to have won, together with my team, over 70 awards during my time as the Global Advertising, Media & Digital Director at Ray-Ban. There's even a pair of sunglasses named after me.

Even though I absolutely loved my job, in 2015, I was hospitalized for 10 days after suffering stress-related vision loss. This caused me to become interested in studying stress and burnout. I decided to put my career on hold and go back to school. I first completed 2 years Post Grad studies in the Neuroscience of Mental Health at Kings College London and then went on to get a  Masters of Science in Behavioral & Organizational Psychology at London Metropolitan University.

I took everything I'd learned in school, and experienced as a senior executive, and put it together to create Moodally. It's the solution I wish I'd had when I was younger. What I learned, and what I now teach, can help us become happier people, better leaders, and become even better at our job.

Moodally has really resonated with the public, especially in this delicate moment in time. I was selected as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Harvard Ventures, I am a mentor for the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and Moodally, and I, have been featured in numerous global publications like British Vogue, Nasdaq, Reader’s Digest, and Thrive Global. My mission is to continue to bring Moodally to forward-thinking organizations around the world, as we create better workplaces, one mood at a time. I hope you'll join me!
